We treat the inbox like an editorial backchannel. Technical DTF questions get routed to whichever editor wrote the related heat press guide or gang sheet article and answered in the same plain-language style we write in. Story tips, press releases, and partnership ideas go to the editorial lead. Correction requests are taken seriously and resolved fast. Expect a reply within two to three business days. If you need it faster, say so in the subject.
What we will not do is forward your message to a sales team, add you to a marketing sequence, or pitch you on a transfer order. DTFSign does not sell transfers. We teach.
